Badminton Tournaments
Smash N Tickle 2008 - registration deadline extended to June 2!
Smach N Tickle 2008 is the first badminton tournament in the US for the LGBT community and their friends. Scheduled to take place June 7, 2008 at the Broadway Armory, Smash N Tickle draws competitors from across the country. The tournament offers 4 levels of competition in both singles and doubles. Cost is $30 for 1 event, $45 for both singles and doubles.

When we receive your entry, we will send you an invoice from PayPal. You can pay the invoice using Pay Pal or a Major Credit Card or you can pay us in cash or check at Open Gym on Monday June 2 at the Broadway Armory, 5917 N Broadway, Chicago IL 60660 from 6:30pm-9:30pm. Open gym cost is $7. The deadline for completed entries and payment is Monday, June 2 You will receive confirmation from us once your entry is finalized.
SMASH N TICKLE 07 was a HUGE success!
The first GLBT badminton in the U.S.A. was held on June 2, 2007 at the Broadway Armory.
Players from around the country and Canada joined local bad players in a drop flight tournament. Participants played a lot of badminton during the course of the one day tournament and had a blast doing it.
There was a post-tournament soiree at The Spot that was well attended and was a perfect way to end a fabulous day.
